Those in the market will rush to put their properties on the market and may cause prices to fluctuate as the sun starts to hit the UK.
If you are selling your house this spring, make sure you get your garden ready for spring, to show of it’s features and make a couple viewing the house aware of what the summer will look like sat in the back with a glass of wine. You get the idea.
