The executive of health and safety department recently launched a campaign in the land of Scotland in order to raise safest and health awareness among those people who are involved in developing property. The HSE inspector i.e. Jim Skilling stated that, over the last year around 38 people died in Great Britain due to poor planned projects. Moreover, there were many people that were injured due to poor safety and health practises. He further stated saying that, it does not matter if you are a developer or renovator or a property investor, every person has to play an equal role in reducing the number of tragic incidents.
Moreover, the HSE has also worked successfully with its stakeholders from all across the building industry to develop this specific campaign. In addition, Chris Tisi, who controls the campaign of stakeholder group, stated that safety is the most integral part of a project. He also said that, in his experience, a healthy and a safe site is a victorious site.
It is well known that safety and health both are equally important. It does not matter how small or big, your property development may be, both the aspects of safety and health must be run in a development smoothly, and must not be compromised at any cost.
