Finding the right bargains
When developing a property it is always important to budget and to budget well.
If you want to be successfull at keeping on track, it is crucial to keep as tight to your budget as possible. To do this you have to save money without cutting corners. Shaving the pennies off each aspect of your build without sacrificing too much quality will be what makes or breaks your profits when it comes to sell.
Doing most of the work yourself seems to be the key point. If you have the know how and motivation to do most of the tasks without hiring professionals then you will save a lot of money. Although I must stress that if you don”t have the know how, I would still hire as much help as possible on tasks concerning electrics, gas, plumbing etc.
